Attorney Geida has represented clients in state and federal courts, in New York and Connecticut, at both the trial and appellate levels. Attorney Geida has litigated matters before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Freedom of Information Commission, the Connecticut Board of Mediation and Arbitration.

Attorney Geida began his legal career as a trial attorney for The Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division, New York County, where he represented persons accused of minor misdemeanors to those accused of serious felonies who were facing life imprisonment. Attorney Geida served as Vice-President of the Association of Legal Aid Attorneys, UAW Local 2325, for the Manhattan Criminal Defense Division, where he was involved in collective bargaining as well as the daily operations and logistics of the Manhattan Criminal Defense Division.

A graduate of the City University of New York School of Law, Attorney Geida takes to heart its stated mission of "Law in the Service of Human Needs." Attorney Geida leaves no stone unturned in the representation of his clients. He possesses a sharp wit and an unending passion for the law.
